Our story

We didn’t start in AI. That’s the point.

We started in 2013 by running servers and networks — the kind of infrastructure that has to stay up when nobody’s watching. Hosting in 50+ locations. Routing software for internet providers. Our own cloud in Canada.

AI on the phone looks easy in a demo. The hard parts are the phone system, the network, the integrations and the privacy questions. That’s the part we already know how to do.

So we built Middlesurf’s AI integration practice around one idea: AI is a workload. It needs to be connected properly, run reliably and handled with care — like everything else we run.

    Recordings and transcripts are kept on our own servers in Canada, and we tell you in writing which services handle your calls.

    Keep your number and carrier, and forward calls to us. Keep your calendar, practice software and CRM — we connect the AI to them.
